I worked with the Game Director on conceptualizing the vision of Next Island. While in pre-production, I created a shortlist of potential employees.  I built 2D prototypes and constructed the initial block out of Next Island using Cryteks Sandbox editor 2.0.  Once we hired an mid level designer, I was then put in charge of editing and refining the G.D.D., brainstorming monsters, calculating drop rates, and balancing monetization rates in the world.  I was also responsible for giving art direction to enemy designs and ensuring the overall vision of the Game Director.
